May 27, 2023 · The local T-Mo store said that the Nokia 5G21's were 'prone to overheating, the new Sagemcom (FAST 5688W) should fix that'. Nope. I switched to the Sagemcom, and I really don't see ANY improvement over the Nokia. The new gateway still goes dead periodically, about as often as the Nokia rebooted.

You could set up static IP addresses if you wanted to. It's basically like setting up any home Wifi router, plus the USB tether part.

Jan 2, 2013 · Kind of like a carriers whitelist, ATT for example, just because a phone has the carriers bands and is VoLTE capable doesn't mean the phone can be activated with the carrier. Unlike T-Mobile which is pretty open with wifi calling, Verizon is more restrictive with the phones "whitelisted" to use it. It's not a TF thing it's a Verizon thing.
