Listing Issues "needs attention" warning - Airbnb Community
Jan 25, 2024 · I have had a "needs attention" warning on one of my listings for almost a year. This was related to one guest who had a minor issue with his stay and gave a 1 for check in and 3 for overall. Otherwise this listing is a 5 star. I am concerned that this "needs attention" warning is preventing my listing from being pushed out by the Airbnb algorithm.

Therefore, the final number the guest sees includes the Airbnb Guest Service Fee on top of what your offer is; there should be no taxes, as you are doing the 30+ minimum.

Jan 25, 2025 · Nightly Rate + Cleaning Fee (or other fees) + Airbnb Service Fee . If a Host decides not to charge a cleaning fee, that will obviously reduce the taxable amount. As I mentioned, Airbnb doesn't always get the taxes right. Sometimes they apply the wrong TAID (Tax Area ID Number) to a listing and of course the taxes will be wrong.
