Officials with Silicon Valley Transportation Authority say light rail service will be fully restored by Thursday morning after a judge's ruling ended a worker strike last week.

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority announced Wednesday morning that light rail service on the Blue line has been completely restored, while partial service for the Green line had resumed.

Partial blue line service between downtown San Jose and Baypointe also resumed around 11 a.m. Monday morning, the VTA said. The green line will take more time before resuming, the VTA said on social media.
