The Los Angeles Lakers, led by LeBron James, saw their 2025 postseason run come to a grinding halt following a hard-fought loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 5.

It was crystal clear during the Lakers' first-round loss to the Timberwolves that they desperately need size, both in the interior and on the perimeter, if they wish to compete with the more athletic teams in the conference.
