Actor Ken Page, known best for his illustrious Broadway resume, has died. He was 70. Page’s death was confirmed by his friend and former television director Dorian Hannaway on Monday. “Ken Page has passed onto the next show. My heart is broken,” Hannaway wrote in a Facebook post.
