Minnesota played great defense throughout the rest of the game, only allowing one more goal off the stick of Bemidji State's Kirklan Irey. Lamb scored his second goal of the game via an empty netter, where the score stood final at 5-3. The two teams will wrap up the series on Saturday in Bemidji with puck drop scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.
