Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has embarked for an official visit to the Russian capital of Moscow, the Qatar News Agency said on Thursday.

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Thursday announced the establishment of its resident mission in the Solomon Islands, upgrading its Honiara-based country office that has been active since 2008.
