Baltimore is increasing pedestrian safety downtown by improving parts of the Inner Harbor, according to Baltimore City DOT.

"Having real-time information is definitely going to be helpful,” said Mark Chase with the Punta Gorda Boat Club, said about the new real time tide sensors.
