Outside of the Kansas City Chiefs, no team has invested as much first-round draft capital in wide receivers as the Baltimore Ravens since Patrick Mahomes joined the NFL. Last season, they had arguably their best run with Lamar Jackson as quarterback but still fell short of the Super Bowl.

The Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms on a one-year contract with cornerback Chidobe Awuzie. Awuzie has played eight seasons in the NFL, most recently with the Tennessee Titans in 2024.

Baltimore had an opening at cornerback after Brandon Stephens (Jets) departed in free agency. Entering his ninth NFL season, Awuzie gives the Ravens a proven outside corner and more versatility alongside starters Marlon Humphrey and Nate Wiggins.

Awuzie, released earlier this month by the Titans, started seven of the eight games in which he played last season for Tennessee.
