Kenley Jansen, a four-time All-Star and MLB's active saves leader, is set to join the Los Angeles Angels' bullpen coming off two seasons with the Boston Red Sox.

Hernández spent the last two seasons in LA — his second stint with the team — after the Red Sox traded him to the Dodgers in 2023. He helped Los Angeles win the World Series when he batted .278 with five hits (one triple) and three runs in the five-game series against the Yankees.

Pitchers and catchers report to spring training this week, and one of the top pitchers still remains unsigned. However, he may not sign until mid-July.
