The driver of a suspected stolen flatbed truck slammed into multiple other vehicles during a chase in the Long Beach area Friday afternoon and was arrested minutes after crashing the truck and walking away from the wreckage.

A driver of a suspected stolen truck led authorities on a wild chase through Los Angeles County Friday afternoon.

As he made his way into Long Beach, the driver became even more erratic, speeding wildly on a crowded thoroughfare, leaving multiple vehicles with minor damage. But with traffic stopped at one intersection, the suspect plowed the work truck into the rear of at least three vehicles, pushing his way through the wreckage.
