Officials are investigating after a helicopter crashed Monday evening in Amboy, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Six people died Thursday in the New York City crash. The company was grounded after its director of operations was fired.

Responding firefighters confirmed that both people in the aircraft had safely gotten out of the wreckage. But they found the helicopter was leaking fuel.
