The surviving members of Nirvana reunited at FireAid, rocking through four of the grunge giant’s classic tracks. The unannounced performance marked Dave Grohl ’s return to the stage following public acknowledgement in September that he fathered a child out of wedlock.

FireAid, a sprawling benefit concert for wildfire relief, featured Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, members of Nirvana and dozens more.

Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear reunited and were helped by variety of guest vocalists for a Nirvana performance at the FireAid benefit concert.

At FireAid, the surviving members of Nirvana recruited St, Vincent, Kim Gordon, Joan Jett, and more to fill Kurt Cobain's shoes.

Billie Eilish, Dr. Dre, Stevie Wonder, Green Day, Joni Mitchell, No Doubt and the remaining members of Nirvana all performed.
