With both Russell Wilson and Justin Fields leaving in free agency, the Pittsburgh Steelers are on the lookout for their next starting quarterback, and one of the players they have their sights set on Aaron Rodgers.
The ability to throw to both Metcalf and George Pickens is surely a draw for Rodgers as he decides whether he will join Pittsburgh. Opposing defenses won't be able to double team both of them while committing enough attention to stopping the run, which would create opportunities for the veteran signal-caller to exploit in the aerial attack.
Instead, they sent area scout Kelvin Fisher. No Mike Tomlin or Omar Khan would seem enough for a quarterback prospect, yet with no position coach, coordinator, or any other high-level ranking member even there, it would signal the Steelers are not that interested in Sanders.
Pegues is an interesting prospect for Ole Miss as they used him on offense and defense thanks to his surprising athleticism at 6-foot-2 and 309 pounds. Pegue wins with a quick first step and lower body strength but it's his ability to work as a fullback or tight end that is interesting.
