Eichorn, a Republican from Grand Rapids, resigned in March after he was arrested and charged for allegedly soliciting a minor for sex. He represented District 6, which covers much of Crow Wing County as well as part of Cass and Itasca counties. The special election is April 29.

We now know the two candidates who will face off on April 29 to fill the seat vacated by Sen. Justin Eichorn in Senate District 6 in northern Minnesota.
