FORT LAUDERDALE — An investigation is underway after a person was hospitalized following a shooting involving a police officer in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday afternoon.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Police identified a man Tuesday who they said was shot dead outside of a warehouse in Fort Lauderdale last week. Fort Lauderdale police said officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 1600 block of Southwest Third Avenue just after 11:20 a.m. on Jan. 16.

Gregory Bradford, 44, of Sunrise, was killed in a shooting outside of business warehouses in Fort Lauderdale last week, police said.

The shooting occurred just after 3 p.m. at a Chevron gas station located at 3100 Davie Blvd., according to Fort Lauderdale police.
