Residents of the Warren Sherman neighborhood in central Toledo say the Wayman Palmer YMCA is the biggest development they've seen in the area in decades.

Toledo City Council member George Sarantou says he's contacted the mayor's office expressing the importance of a sidewalk repair program, but nothing has been done.
