I am happy to say that Samsung ended up doing the right thing and providing my credit. I am still wary of using their trade-in program again, but this particular case is resolved favorably.

Samsung kicked off 2025 by announcing its new Galaxy S25 series of flagship phones. From now on, the company will be releasing devices in more affordable series and other product lineups.
