Two forensic pathologists delivered expert testimony on Tuesday, each concluding that in their opinion, 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell’s death was the result of homicidal violence.

The victim, who was 14 years old at the time of the attack, immediately reported the incident in 2005, but the case remained unsolved until now.
