The Chicago Bears are interviewing Eddie George at Halas Hall on Sunday morning in what appears to be a sham bid to finish their requirement with the league’s Rooney Rule.

The Chicago Bears head coach search has been an eventful one in the past two weeks, but we're still no closer to the result as this process is far from over. There are a couple of reported frontrunners for the job,

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero appeared on The Rich Eisen Show, where he discussed the current head coach search situations around the league, including the Bears. For Chicago, it certainly appears to be a two-way race between Detroit Lions offense coordinator Ben Johnson and former Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy.
