Lafayette Consolidated Government is threatening to sue a Youngsville engineering firm if it does not turn over designs on the Homewood Drive and Ile Des Cannes detention pond projects.

A Lafayette man and his two daughters were indicted in federal court in connection with a scheme to allegedly defraud a federal food program, authorities said.
