Inter moved four points clear of Serie A title rivals Napoli, as they recovered from 2-0 down to beat relegation-threatened Monza 3-2.

Milan come into their game with Lecce on the back of three consecutive Serie A defeats, with Sergio Conceicao looking for a response.

"In Serie A, all matches are complicated, we had 30 or 31 shots on goal, our victory was deserved. My players kept their calm and remained lucid," said Inter coach Simone Inzaghi. City rivals AC Milan experienced a match with an almost similar scenario away at lowly Lecce.

Saturday’s Serie A action concludes at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza as Inter and Monza go head-to-head in a ‘David vs Goliath’ clash. It’s worth noting that 44 points separate the table-topping
