Some European leaders have made it clear to Kyiv that they would prefer to see a restoration of ties between the United States and Ukraine, according to Euractiv. According to the agency, Western allies of Ukraine are gradually moving toward a "coalition of willing" with a new peace plan led by London and Paris.
