The men’s college basketball postseason has officially arrived with the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament beginning Sunday. Several other conference championships will begin throughout the week and run through Selecton Sunday on March 16. The SEC Tournament is March 12-16 in Nashville, Tenn.

Friday at the Arkansas Qualifier in Fayetteville, Ark., Virginia track and field captured a legendary title — the NCAA record in the men’s distance medley relay. Graduate student Wes Porter, senior Alex Sherman, graduate student Conor Murphy and junior Gary Martin finished with a time of 9:14.19.
The Cavaliers are set to compete in three meets this weekend including the Arkansas Qualifier, Terrier DMR Challenge and Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb. 21-22)
