A large ice sculpture festival in Richmond, Indiana will transform the town into a winter wonderland this weekend.

The bill would allow for improvements to be made to parks and recreation and to promote tourism within the city, among other things.

Led by George Kimble III's 21 points, the Eastern Kentucky Colonels defeated the Bellarmine Knights 72-69. The Colonels are now 9-10 on the season, while the Knights fell to 3-16.
