Nashville, Tenn. (March 7, 2025) - Nashville Predators General Manager Barry Trotz announced today that the team has acquired Carolina’s own fifth-round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft from the Hurricanes in exchange for forward Mark Jankowski.

The NHL’s trade deadline came and went Friday afternoon with only one minor move made by the Predators. Nashville traded forward Mark Jankowski to Carolina for a fifth-round draft pick in 2026. In 123 games over three seasons with Nashville, Jankowski registered 36 points (18 goals, 18 assists).
