A 36 year-old Manhattan man was arrested in Miami Thursday morning for allegedly beating two homeless people to death and injuring two others in what police called a case of “unprovoked violence.”

Kaplan of the Southern District of New York ruled the rape accusation by Angelica Parker against the three brothers would have taken place too long ago and falls outside of the state’s statute of limitations. For the lawsuit to move forward, the judge said, the rape would have had to occur after June 18, 2017.
