The Valley Mills police chief and a police officer have been arrested. Sheriff Trace Hendricks announced on Monday afternoon that in mid-January, a Valley Mills City Council member contacted the Sheriff’s Office in regards to suspicious credit card expenditures relating to the Police Department.
