The disgraced movie producer, who's been jailed at Rikers Island, has been appearing in Manhattan court for a retrial on rape and sex crime charges.

Harvey Weinstein won a legal victory in his rape and sexual assault retrial in Manhattan, as his pleas to get out of the “hell hole” he calls Rikers Island were granted by the judge.

Judge Paul Goetz approved the defamed studio exec's request to transfer out of Rikers to get necessary medical treatment.
