As of Oct. 4, a close look at the Prince and Princess of Wales' shared Instagram shows that a new picture of the couple has been uploaded to a cover of their Instagram Stories Highlights.

Liz Hatton, a U.K. 16-year-old fighting a rare and aggressive form of cancer, was invited to spend Wednesday afternoon at Windsor Castle photographing an investiture ceremony led by Prince William. She was treated to an unforgettable afternoon, but got another surprise: A personal meeting and hug from Kate Middleton and the prince of Wales.

Over the summer there was quite a bit of speculation that Prince William and Kate Middleton were considering an invitation to attend the 2024 Paris Olympics. It came on the heels of her much-celebrated appearances at Trooping the Colour and the men’s singles final at Wimbledon and the expectations were high at that point.
