Stray Rescue of Saint Louis is caring for a year-old puppy name Lucky Charm after the dog was found with an arrow lodged in neck.

ST. LOUIS (Gray News) – A puppy is recovering at a clinic in St. Louis after being found shot in the neck with a bow and arrow. According to Stray Rescue St. Louis, the 1-year-old dog was found in East Prairie, Missouri, nearly three hours south of St. Louis.
