Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel is leading the way through OTAs for a very different 2025 New England team. Veteran linebacker Harold Landry described his approach with the team.

In his first speech to Patriots players, Vrabel laid out a list of four rules they will have to adhere by going forward. He said he wants them to respect the organization, wear their hoodies down during team meetings, be on time and keep their cell phones away during team activities.
