Lost ID Cards Please report all lost or stolen cards to RIT Public Safety or the ID Card Office by calling 585-475-5000. Visit the ID Card office with your government-issued ID to obtain a new card.

Students and employees should not lend their ID cards to others. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to Security and the OneCard Office. A card may be re-issued for a $15 fee.
