Raul Meza Jr., 62, confessed to murdering his roommate, Jesse Farga, and another woman, Gloria Lofton, 66, in 2019, three years after he was released from the Travis County Jail, per Austin Police.

Raul Meza Jr. is accused of killing Gloria Lofton in 2019 and Jesse Fraga in 2023. He was previously convicted of killing 8-year-old Kendra Page in the 1980s.
