The head of Poland’s space agency was fired over a bungled response to SpaceX debris falling over Polish territory.

Sunday's SpaceX mission marked the 20th orbital rocket launch of the year thus far from Florida's Space Coast.

Feb. 22 (UPI) --A SpaceX Falcon 9 booster rocket successfully launched Saturday to deploy 22 Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit Saturday evening from the Space Force Base in Vandenberg, Calif.

Despite the booster mishap, SpaceX confirmed the successful deployment of all 21 Starlink satellites. This mission marked the 20th orbital rocket launch from Florida's Space Coast this year.
