Passengers on an American Airlines flight that burst into flames in Colorado on Thursday described chaos as the cabin filled with smoke and the windows started to melt.

An American Airlines flight from Colorado Springs to Dallas diverted to Denver after the FAA says the crew reported “engine vibrations.” Soon after landing, the engine caught on fire.
