UConn Huskies junior center Tarris Reed Jr. has emerged as, at minimum, the Huskies' third-most important player heading into March.

Tarris Reed Jr. recorded his eighth double-double of the season, collecting 24 points and 18 rebounds to go along with six blocks in UConn's 75-63 win over host Providence on Saturday afternoon.

Tarris Reed Jr., a transfer from Michigan, had 24 points, 18 rebounds and six blocks as Dan Hurley and UConn defeated Providence.
