Less than 24 hours after Temple beat Florida Atlantic University in overtime Saturday at Lincoln Financial Field, Temple vice president/athletic director Arthur Johnson announced Sunday morning in a news release that head coach Stan Drayton will “no longer lead the Owl football program.

The Temple University athletic department announced that Stan Drayton is leaving the Owl football program after joining the team as head coach in 2021.
