The Tampa Bay Buccaneers did not necessarily need another receiver to add to their roster. With Mike Evans putting up 1,000-yard seasons and a collection of other pass catchers continuing to excel, the Buccaneers could have addressed other positions of need, including in the secondary and defensive line.
