The Tangipahoa Sheriff's office has placed four staff on leave after a man escaped from the jail on Thursday afternoon - the second time he has done so in a year.

Authorities announced that a fourth inmate has been apprehended after escaping from a New Orleans jail on Friday with 6 other inmates.

Sterling Williams was arrested and charged with helping 10 inmates break free from a New Orleans jail, authorities said.
