By forcing OT in the Kansas State women's basketball March Madness game against Kentucky, Serena Sundell got a nice NIL chicken wing deal.

Sundell sent out so many dimes this year that she currently ranks second nationally in assists (233). She only needs 19 more to surpass Shalee Lehning as K-State’s career leader in the category. If it happens, that would pair nicely with some of the program records she already owns, such as career starts and games played.

Temira Poindexter hit a corner 3-pointer with 56 seconds left in overtime — her eighth 3 of the game — and fifth-seeded Kansas State dodged four misses by No. 4 seed Kentucky in the closing seconds to win 80-79 in the second round of the women’s NCAA Tournament.
