Orange County deputies say they've found the man accused of violently robbing an elderly woman. She was just walking out of a store with her lottery winnings when he lunged at her.

Surveillance video from a gas station in Orange County captured the moments when an 83-year-old woman was robbed by a man after she won the lottery. Diego Tavarez Fleury was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday and was charged with robbery and battery on a person 65 years of age or older.
