Former Florida Gators nose tackle Desmond Watson is living what he describes as like a movie. He's back in his hometown playing for the hometown team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Little did he know that the action he got at Raymond James Stadium during the Gasparilla Bowl would be a sneak peek of where he would play his first snaps in the NFL.

The biggest stories around the NFL this week were rookies signing deals and participating in minicamps, but none were bigger (literally) than Desmond Watson's signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers .

Watson, who grew up about 20 miles from Raymond James Stadium, said he’s still never seen snow. He’s excited to learn from another big man, 346-pound defensive tackle Vita Vea. Watson briefly met the two-time Pro Bowler and exchanged a handshake.
