According to the BPD, 43-year-old Dalvinon Effinger was last seen on foot in the Southside area of the city wearing a black and white shirt and black sweatpants. Effinger is 6-foot-2 and weighs around 225 pounds. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the BPD at 205-328-9311 or dial 911.

AN ELDERLY man from Chepstow has been missing for nearly two whole days as police continue to search for him. Tony Brown, 76, from Chepstow, has not been seen since Thursday, November 14. Tony was seen in Chepstow at 2pm that day,
