hi, you can drive upto the ferry port and there will be a free parking available there. After that its a short walk to the ferry port. There aren't regular service to Delft Islands - so you may have to hire a private boat for the journey which will take approx 1.5 hrs each way (cost not known). I suggest you go early morning as it can get really crowded with people going to see naga deepa viaharaya and nagapooshani kovil.

That's not practical, unless you hire a separate boat for it. The ferries to Nagadeepa & Delft start from the same place, therefore you need to come back & go to Delft. Thats because they are public ferries. If you hire a private boat which will be more expensive, you can visit Nagadeepa & Delft in the same day. Please not that you need to check the weather conditions before going to Delft.
