The church was not open when we came to Saksun, and same with the nearby farm. The town is worth the visit as it's quite remote and you are surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, the ocean and beach. …Full review by ykk87

This is a simple little church, located in the most magical valley with a waterfall feeding a lake and sheep grazing around. Absolutely magnificent.Full review by TheShis

Stunning. It was a tricky drive to get to the site, and we had already hiked our limit for the day so we were just there to sightsee, but the setting is gorgeous. Unfortunately the museum was closed …Full review by LHC65
