I was there 2 weeks ago- and actually found it to be quite warm on the lower levels. The tour does start outside, however, and as the season is changing you ought to dress for that but be able to opencoats etc....I did not see a coat room.
Apart from the 1 hour guided tour , is there more to see in the museum? Ideally how much time should be kept aside for this museum?
